Outright Gifts
- Cash gifts - the simplest and easiest gifts you can make - can be made through credit cards, outright cash, checks, or money orders made payable to the UC Riverside Foundation
- Gifts of appreciated securities, stocks, and bonds - provide considerable tax advantages when transferred to the UC Riverside Foundation before they are sold
- Gifts of real estate - including personal residences, second homes, income property, and vacant land - offer a wide variety of tax benefits
- Charitable Lead Trusts - may provide immediate cash gifts from the trust income to the Center for a stated period of years. After that time, the appreciated assets return to you, or transfer tax-free to your heirs
Planned Gifts
